Hamilton, Bermuda: December 13, 2006 - The Chairman of the BF&M Limited, Glenn M. Titterton, on behalf of the Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the appointment of C.L.F. (Lee) Watchorn as a Director of BF&M Limited.
Lee Watchorn is President of the Watchorn Advisory Group, a company he established to provide advice to senior business leaders, primarily in financial services. He had a lengthy career with Sun Life Financial and for eight years was responsible for all of Sun Life's businesses in Canada. This included all of the insurance businesses.
Mr. Watchorn was also Chairman of Sun Life Trust, Spectrum Investments and McLean Budden Limited.
