Tyco International Sets Record Date For Its 2007 Annual General Meeting And Special General Meeting Of Shareholders
PEMBROKE, Bermuda - Dec. 14, 2006 - Tyco International Ltd., (NYSE: TYC; BSX: TYC.BH) today announced that its board of directors has set Jan. 12, 2007 as the record date for both its 2007 annual general meeting of shareholders and a special general meeting of shareholders. Both meetings will be held on March 8, 2007 at the Hamilton Princess Hotel, 76 Pitts Bay Road, Hamilton, Bermuda. The annual general meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., Atlantic Time, and the special general meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m., Atlantic Time.
