New Director Announced For Global Resources Capital Market Fund Ltd
Hamilton, Bermuda, January 10, 2007 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX Mr. Nicolaas Faure was appointed a Director of Global Resources Capital Market Fund Ltd., effective 4th December, 2006. Mr. Faure - 28 is Financial Manager of Osiris International Trustees Ltd., in the BVI. He is also the director of Corovest Fund Managers Ltd. and services as director on a number of BVI companies. He is currently in the process of obtaining his CIMA accreditation. After graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce he moved to the United Kingdom where he was employed as a cost accountant by JP Morgan Chase Bank, assisting with the merger between JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Banks. Between 2003 and 2005 he returned to South Africa where he did his articles with Kirkman Lanfear Incorporated, a medium sized audit firm in Capt Town, while earning a Bachelor of Accounting at The University of South Africa.
