Novy Neft Limited - Additional Valuation Day And Dealing Day
Hamilton, Bermuda, January 10, 2007 - The Directors of Novy Neft Limited (the "Company"), wish to announce that an additional Valutaion Day will be held on Tuesday 16th January 2007 and an additional Dealing Day will be held on Wednesday 17th January 2007 (the "Additional Dealing Day").
In accordance with Schedule 3 of the Circular to Shareholders dated 19 May 2006 which forms part of the Placing Memorandum, the "Dealing Day" is "The last business day of each week, together with such other day or days as the Directors shall determine." and the "Valuation Day" is "The Business Day immediately preceding each Dealing Day, by reference to which date the Net Asset Value and Net Asset Value per Share are calculated, together with such other day or days as the Directors shall determine.".
Investors wishing to subscribe or redeem on the Additional Dealing Day, may do so by providing the relevant instructions to the Administrator by 5.00pm GMT on Friday 12th January 2007. Instructions to subscribe or redeem after this time will be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day and dealt accordingly.
