Hamilton, Bermuda, February 22, 2007 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), Bermuda Commercial Bank limited (BCB.BH) announced the resignation of Mr. Arnold Francis as a Director of the Bank, and the appointment of Mr. Christian Peterson as a Director of the Bank, effective 31 January, 2007.
