Ascendant Holdings Ltd. ("AHL") Withdraws From BSX Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda: March 19, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced that Ascendant Holdings Ltd. (AHH.BH) has given notice to the Exchange that it wishes to voluntarily withdraw from listing. At the Annual General Meeting of Ascendant Holdings Ltd. held on 07 March, 2007, the Members passed a resolution in favour of the motion to withdraw from listing on the BSX.
