Hamilton, Bermuda, March 28, 2007 - At the request of MediaHouse Limited (the Company - MHL.BH), the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted an extension for the filing of the annual report to June 30, 2007.

This extension was requested by the Company, due to certain accounting policy changes that have contributed to the delay.
