Hamilton, Bermuda, March 30, 2007 - At the request of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (the "Company"- BCB.BH), the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted an extension to 31 July 2007 for the filing of the annual audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2006.
The Company requested the four-month extension.
