Hamilton, Bermuda: June 14, 2007 - Payment To Dissenting Shareholders
WHEREAS redemption requests received were much larger than expected and that additional time would be required to course the remittances of funds to pay dissenting shareholders; and
WHEREAS the Manager's have recommended that payment be made within the following 30 business days starting from 13th June, 2007; and
WHEREAS the Directors deem it to be in the best interest of the Company to postpone the payment of the Redemption Requests.
RESOLVED that as follows:-
- the payment of the Redemption Requests be postponed;
- the Company make the payment within the following 30 business days starting from 13th June, 2007.
