PVAXX Limited Suspension of Trading

Hamilton, Bermuda: July 17, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today has suspended trading of PVAXX Limited (PVAXX.BH) common shares with immediate effect. The suspension is at the request of the Directors of the Company pending an announcement concerning a pending private placement.

The directors intend to request the lifting of the trading suspension on the BSX following completion of the private placement.
