Hamilton, Bermuda: August 7, 2007 - In an announcement made to the BSX , on the 1st August 2007 at the Annual General Meeting of Fabian Romania, all the resolutions were duly passed by shareholders, including the change of the Company's name to Fabian Romania Limited.
The Company also announces that Antony Royston Gardner-Hillman (formerly Antony Royston Hillman), a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday stood down from the board with immediate effect for personal reasons.
