BSX Grants Further Extension to Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited.
Hamilton, Bermuda, August 10, 2007 - At the request of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (the "Company"- BCB.BH), the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted a further extension to 31 August 2007 for the filing of the Company's annual audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2006.
The Company has advised the Exchange that it expects to be able to release its annual audited accounts ahead of 31 August.
