RenGaz Holdings Limited - Change of Directors and Legal Advisors of the Company
Hamilton, Bermuda, September 6, 2007 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) On August 21, 2007, Oleg Jelezko resigned as the director of the Company and has been replaced by David Blair, who was appointed vide the directors resolution dated August 22, 2007.
On August 22, 2007, Ben Hakham resigned as the director of the Company and has been replaced by Alex Kotchoubey, who was appointed vide the directors resolution dated August 23, 2007.
The Directors have decided to appoint Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP of CityPoint, Level 32, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW, United Kingdom as the legal advisors to the Company on US and English law issues replacing Chadbourne & Parke LLP.
