CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Decrease.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 September, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd.'s of a Certificate Issuance Decrease for one of the Certificates issued under its US$7.5 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company.BHarti Airtel Ltd. due 31 May 2010 have been decreased by the reduced amounts of 1,700,000 144A Certificates and 2,350,000 RegS Certificated effective 19 September 2007. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 8,500,000 Certificates and the total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 13,000,000 Certificates.
