Argus Group Holdings Limited Dividend Declaration
Hamilton, Bermuda, September 27, 2007 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Board of Argus Group Holdings Limited (AGH.BH) has today declared the following dividends.
- A stock dividend to shareholders of record on October 4, 2007 of 1 share for every 10 shares held and
-
A cash dividend of 16¢ per share, which is an increase of 2 cents per share, payable on October 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on
October 4, 2007. The cash dividend will be paid following the stock dividend above.
