Aurum Spectra Dollar, Euro Fund and Sterling Funds (the Feeder Funds) will invest solely apart from the currency hedging strategy to protect their value in base currency terms from currency fluctuations into the Aurum Spectra Fund (the Master Fund) whose objective is to provide investors with a diversified fund that aims to derive returns independent of the direction of the global markets. There will be an emphasis on non-directional trading positions, arbitrage, special situations and event driven concepts.
Continental Sponsors Ltd sponsored the listing of the Participating Shares of the Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
"Aurum Spectra Euro and Sterling Funds are delighted to be listed on the BSX and to be able to benefit from its international reputation", said Mr. Sutherland Morris of the Fund.
