CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Increases.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 11 October, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of Certificate Issuance Increases for four Certificates issued under its US$7.5 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company.BHarti Airtel Ltd. due 31 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 5,000 144A Certificates effective 11 October 2007. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 8,900,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Educomp Solutions Ltd. due 14 December 2011 have been increased by the further issuance of 12,000 144A Certificates effective 11 October 2007. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 550,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Grasim Industries Ltd. due 28 June 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 2,000 144A Certificates effective 11 October 2007. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 122,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Unitech Ltd. due 8 July 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 45,000 144A Certificates effective 11 October 2007. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 680,000 Certificates.
