CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Revised Notice.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 October 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of revisions to previous notices given concerning Certificate Issuance Increases and Decreases for Certificates of the Indian listed company Unitech Ltd. issued under its US$7.5 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Mark Down Notice with an effective date 9 October 2007 for 800,000 RegS Certificates and 570,000 144A Certificates has been cancelled.
The Mark Up Notice with an effective date of 11 October 2007 for 45,000 144A Certificates has been cancelled.
A further Notice given below of today's date gives the correct positions in respect of the number of certificates presently in issue for of this company pursuant to the Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Unitech Ltd. due 8 July 2010 have been decreased by the reduced amount of 800,000 Regs Certificates and 175,000 144A Certificates effective 12 October 2007. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 2,600,000 Certificates and the new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 1,030,000 Certificates.
