CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Increases.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 October, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of Certificate Issuance Increases for three Certificates issued under its US$7.5 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Reliance Communication Ventures Ltd. due 24 February 2011 have been increased by the further issuance of 17,000 RegS Certificates effective 23 October 2007. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 2,663,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Satyam Computer Services Ltd. due 20 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 3,000 RegS Certificates effective 23 October 2007. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 283,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Unitech Ltd. due 8 July 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 220,000 RegS Certificates effective 23 October 2007. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 4,461,000 Certificates.
