PartnerRe Declares Dividends on Series C and Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares

Pembroke, Bermuda: November 13, 2007 -- PartnerRe Ltd. (NYSE: PRE) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period September 1, 2007 - November 30, 2007 of $0.421875 per share on the Company's 6.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, and $0.40625 per share on the Company's 6.5% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. The dividends will be payable on December 3, 2007, to shareholders of record on November 23, 2007.

In addition, PartnerRe announced a correction to the ex-dividend trading date for its common shares, as noted in the Company's third quarter and nine month results press release issued on October 22, 2007. The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2007, to common shareholders of record on November 23, 2007, with the stock trading ex-dividend commencing November 20, 2007, and not on November 21, 2007 as previously announced.
