Hamilton, Bermuda: Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 November 2007 - The BSX wishes to re-issue the Listing Announcement of 12 October 2007 which had inaccuracies as to the investment objectives of the Corum Property Investments Limited. The original Listings Announcement should read as follows:
Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 October 2007 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announced the approval of the listing of the Ordinary Shares the Corum Property Investments Limited (the "Company"). The listing was effective from 1 August 2007.

Corum Property Investments Limited was incorporated in Guernsey on 28 June 2007 as a closed ended Investment Company.
The investment objective of the Company is to provide investors with a positive return through exposure to selected international property transactions spread across different geographies and property sectors. The Company will be focused on investing primarily in the UK and with a secondary emphasis internationally. Investment opportunities will be sourced through the networks established by the Founders over many years.
The principal focus of the Company will be to invest directly in property opportunities (either wholly owned or in a partnership or joint venture with other property investors and developers) with development and enhancement potential. Investment properties will be sought which have sustainable income flows, active management potential, positive rental yields relative to financing costs, and which offer the prospect of asset value appreciation.
