CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Increases.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 11 December, 2007 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of Certificate Issuance Increases for two Certificates issued under its US$7.5 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Grasim Industries Limited due 28 June 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 39,500 RegS Certificates effective 7 December 2007. The new total size of the Regs Portion of these Certificates now stands at 80,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Satyam Computer Services Limited due 20 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 217,000 RegS Certificates effective 7 December 2007. The new total size of the Regs Portion of these Certificates now stands at 500,000 Certificates.
