BSX Announces Listing Of Collins International Limited

Hamilton, Bermuda: 29 January 2008 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of the 50,000 Ordinary Shares of Collins International Limited (€˜the Company") of Euro 0.01 each ("the Shares"), under the provisions for Qualified Investor, the minimum investment being the greater of either 100,000 Euro or 100,000 ZAR and being offered at a premium of Euro 999.99 at a price of 1000 Euro per Share.

The listing was effective from 27 December 2007.

Collins International Limited was incorporated in Guernsey on 07 December 2007 as a closed ended Investment Company.

Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Limited sponsored the listing of the Common Shares of Collins International Limited.

The structural facilitator of the Company is Investec Capital Markets, a division of Investec Bank Limited, of South Africa.

The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability standards as defined by the Exchange.

The overall investment objective of the Company is for capital appreciation through investment in the global property market excluding South Africa and featuring the European Economic Union.
