Hamilton, Bermuda, February 22, 2008 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Board of Argus Group Holdings Limited (AGH.BH) has today declared the following dividend.

Cash dividend of 16 cents per shares, this dividend is payable on April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2008.
