CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Rights Issue
Hamilton, Bermuda: 06 March, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of a Rights Issue in respect of one of the Certificates issued under its US$10 billion Asian Securities Programme.
Where each Certificate holder will have the right to subscribe to one (1) new Certificate for every five (5) Certificates at a subscription price of USD39.650872 per Certificate (approx). Held in respect of shares in the Indian listed company State Bank of India record date 25th of January 2008, will be paid on 14 March 2008 to holders of both the 144A and RegS Certificates.
