CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Increases
Hamilton, Bermuda: 18 March, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of Certificate Issuance Increases for one Certificates issued under its US$10 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company State Bank of India Ltd. due 13 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 2,875,000 144A Certificates effective 17 March 2008. The new total size of the 144A Portion of these Certificates now stands at 17,000,000 Certificates.
