Bermuda Aviation Services Limited Gives Notice to BSX of Share Repurchase Programme
Hamilton, Bermuda, May 7, 2008 - Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (BAS) has given Written Notice to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) as required by the BSX Listing Regulations that it intends to initiate a share repurchase programme to buy back 250,000 common shares of BAS as they become available. BAS further advised that any repurchased shares would be immediately cancelled.
