Hamilton, Bermuda: May 8, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by PVAXX Limited (PVAXX / "the Company") that it shortly expects to conclude negotiations which will result in changes to the PVAXX corporate structure combined with sufficient financing to ensure the Company is able to roll-out its business and repay debts.
In the event that the restructuring is not completed the Company will have to source alternate means of funding as a matter of some urgency.
At the request of the Directors the BSX will lift the trading suspension as of market opening on Monday May 12 2008, at 9 am (Bermuda local time).
