BSX Announces Listing Of Myall River Downs Pty
Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 June 2008 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the 25,000 Ordinary Shares and 25,000 Class A shares each with a nominal value of AUD$2.00 of Myall River Downs Pty Limited ("the Company").
Myall River Downs Pty was incorporated in Australia.
Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Limited sponsored the listing of Myall River Downs Pty.
The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability standards as defined by the Exchange.
The Company is the holding company of a property development group, whose projects are located in New South Wales, Australia. The Group is undertaking two projects in Tea Gardens, New South Wales. The primary project is the development of land for residential purposes (anticipated yield approximately 1,000 to 1,500 lots) and its other project is the development of a 281 house retirement village.
