CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Cash Dividend Distribution.

Hamilton, Bermuda: 11 July, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of a Cash Dividend Distribution in respect of one of the Certificates issued under its US$10.0 billion Asian Securities Programme.

A cash dividend payment of USD 0.497225 per Certificate in respect of shares in the Indian listed company State Bank of India Ltd. due 13 May 2010 will be paid on 17 July 2008 to holders of the 144A Certificates. The record date for this payment was 2 June 2008.
