CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Cash Dividend Distribution.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 24 July, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of a Cash Dividend Distribution in respect of one of the Certificates issued under its US$10.0 billion Asian Securities Programme.
A cash dividend payment of USD 0.059032 per Certificate in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Educomp Solutions Ltd. due 14 December 2011 will be paid on 30 July 2008 to holders of both the 144A Certificates and the Reg S Certificates. The record date for this payment was 30 June 2008.
