Butterfield Funds Announces Changes of Directors
Hamilton, Bermuda - 9 September, 2008 - The BSX has been advised by Butterfield Bank (NTB.BH) of the following changes to the Directors within its family of Butterfield Funds:
· Mr Bruce Albrecht has resigned from Butterfield Liquid Reserve, Money Market (all classes) and Select (all classes) Funds and is replaced by Mrs Sheila Brown;
· Mr Bruce Albrecht has also resigned from the Butterfield Capital Appreciation Bond, Select Invest, US$ Bond, Systematic Equity and Bermuda Funds and is replaced by Mr Curtis Dickinson;
· Mr John Lewis has resigned from the Butterfield Global Blue Chip Fund and will not be replaced at this time.
