Hamilton, Bermuda, 16 October, 2008 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a class meeting of holders of Ordinary Shares of Enhanced Global Growth Basket Limited (the "Company") [Ticker: ENHGLGB.BH] will be held at Investec House, La Plaiderie, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3BJ on 5 November 2008 at 11.00 a.m. (or, if such meeting is adjourned, to be held at the same place 30 minutes later) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution:
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
THAT the passing of the Special Resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 5 November 2008 (or at any adjournment of such meeting) and any and every variation of the rights attached to the Ordinary Shares in the Company involved in or effected by the passing or implementation of such resolution be and are hereby sanctioned.
