CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. Advises BSX of Certificate Issuance Increases
Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 October, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by CLSA Financial Products, Ltd. of Certificate Issuance Increases for one Certificates issued under its US$10 billion Asian Securities Programme.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. due 26 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 150,000 RegS Certificates effective 14 October 2008. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 250,000 Certificates.
The Certificates in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Infosys Technologies Ltd. due 10 May 2010 have been increased by the further issuance of 111,000 RegS Certificates effective 14 October 2008. The new total size of the RegS Portion of these Certificates now stands at 1,750,000 Certificates.
