Hamilton, Bermuda - 4 November 2008 - Fabian Romania Limited (the "Company") [Ticker: FABROPR.BH] announces that it has received, from RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd, a disclosure of a sale, on 31 October, 2008, of 2,850,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.61 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd no longer holds any ordinary shares in Fabian Romania.
