BSX Announces Subsequent Share Listing Of Global Specialized Opportunities 1 Fund Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda: 05 November 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the listing of subsequent shares of the Global Special Opportunities 1 Fund Limited. The private placing is for up to 73,290 Ordinary Shares at an offer price of US$1000 each under the provisions for Qualified Investors.
The investment objective of the Company is to invest in a diversified portfolio of private equity, property, distressed debt, and other specialized opportunities. The company intends to capitalise on the expertise of some of the leading global specialist advisers and managers and will focus on key themes identified by the Investment Manager, which is Investment Bank Switzerland AG.
Global Special Opportunities1 Fund Limited is recognized as a closed-ended investment company by the Guernsey financial authorities and will be regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
