Bermuda Commercial Bank - Dividend Declaration
Hamilton, Bermuda - 13 November, 2008 - Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd (BCB.BH) announces that, at a meeting on 5 November, 2008, the Directors of the Bank declared a half-year dividend of forty cents per share to shareholders of record as of the 8th December, 2008, payable on 18 December, 2008.
At this meeting the Directors also approved the Draft Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 3O September, 2008, subject to final written approval from the Auditors, which has now been received. The financial statements will be released for public information in due course. Please note the Directors and Staff of the Bank may not resume trading in the Bank's shares and warrants until further notified.
The date of the Annual General Meeting has been set for Friday, 9 January, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., at the Bermuda National Gallery.
