PEMBROKE, BERMUDA: 04 December, 2008 - IPC Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: IPCR) announced the appointment of Mr. Michael J. Cascio, formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Overseas Partners US Reinsurance Company Ltd., to the Board as of 28 November, 2008. IPC's Chairman, Mr. Kenneth L. Hammond, welcomed Mr. Cascio to the Board.
