RenFin Limited - ITBB De-listing
Hamilton, Bermuda - 15 January, 2009 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) RenFin Limited (the "Fund") announced that, with effect from 30 January, 2009, the shares of the Fund will no longer be admitted to trading on the International Bulletin Board ("ITBB") of the London Stock Exchange.
The Fund believes that such delisting from the ITBB will not be detrimental to its shareholders and investors and the shares will continue to be listed on the BSX. The Fund is committed to continuing its existing level of corporate governance and transparency.
