Hamilton, Bermuda - 16 January, 2009 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of the common shares of PVAXX Limited (PVAXX.BH). The de-listing was made due to the failure of the Issuer to comply with BSX Regulations regarding the payment of required Listing Fees. The de-listing is effective as of Friday, 16th January, 2009.
