BSX Approves Listing Of Up To 999,000 Ordinary Shares Of The Enhanced Global Growth Basket (Phase II) Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda, 19 January 2009 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 999,000 Ordinary Shares of the Enhanced Global Growth Basket (Phase II) Limited ("the Company") effective December 01, 2008.
The Company was incorporated in Guernsey on 5 September 2003 as a closed-end investment company with limited liability and unlimited duration. The first offering of Ordinary Shares in the Company was launched on 2 February 2004 and were issued at a premium of GBP 1000 per share, and thus the approval of Enhanced Global Growth Basket (Phase II) Limited is a subsequent issue listing.
The investment objective of the Company is to provide investors with an equity investment that will provide GBP capital protection (in respect of the Existing Issued Shares on the EIS price and in respect of new subscriptions on the initial investment less the Front End Fee) and the potential for capital growth (denominated in GBP) based on the Index.
