Hamilton, Bermuda - 17 February, 2009 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of the common shares of Tourism Capital Corporation (Bermuda) Ltd - formerly known as University Holdings Ltd (UHOL.BH). The de-listing was made due to the failure of the Issuer to comply with BSX Regulations regarding the payment of required Listing Fees. The delisting is effective as of Tuesday, 17 February, 2009.
