BSX Approves Listing Of The Cadiz Dynamic Global Opportunities Fund Ltd

Hamilton, Bermuda: 18 February 2009 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 499,500,000 Class €˜A' and 499,500,000 Class €˜B' Shares with a par value of Euro 1.00 each of the Cadiz Dynamic Global Opportunities Fund Limited ("the Company", "the Fund") under Qualified Investor provisions.

The listing is effective immediately.

Cadiz Dynamic Global Opportunities Fund Limited was incorporated and registered in BVI as a regulated professional fund under the BVI Mutual Funds Act of 1996 and is under the regulatory supervision of the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

Apex Fund Services Ltd. sponsored the listing of the listing of 499,500,000 Class €˜A' and 499,500,000 Class €˜B' Shares of the Company.

The issue is approved for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange, which are for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.

The company objective is to be synthetically exposed to a basket of indices through the application of a model systematically maximizing the risk-return ratio. The Fund's performance objective is a return of 5% above the 12-month EURIBOR, less management fees.
