Hamilton, Bermuda - 10 March 2009 - The Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd (FBDNRUI.BH) announces a change in the composition of the Board of Directors.
Both Professor Richard Layard and Doctor Michael McFaul have resigned, with immediate effect, due to their significant time commitments elsewhere; in their stead, both Messrs William EJ Walmsley and Peter D Anderson have been appointed and elected to the Board of Directors.
