BSX Approves Listing Of The Cadiz Dynamic New World Opportunities Fund Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda: 08 April 2009 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 499,500,000 Class €˜A' and 499,500,000 Class €˜B' Shares with a par value of Euro 1.00 each of the Cadiz Dynamic New World Opportunities Fund Limited ("the Company", "the Fund") under Qualified Investor provisions.
The listing is effective as of 23 March 2009.

Cadiz Dynamic New World Opportunities Fund Limited was incorporated and registered in BVI as a regulated professional fund under the BVI Mutual Funds Act of 1996 and is under the regulatory supervision of the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.
Apex Fund Services Ltd. sponsored the listing of the listing of 499,500,000 Class €˜A' and 499,500,000 Class €˜B' Shares of the Company according to the terms of the Prospectus.
The issue is approved for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange, which are for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
The Fund's objective is to outperform the benchmark of EURIBOR + 8% over the investment period less management fees. The Fund aims to generate strong risk-adjusted returns by dynamically optimising a globally diversified portfolio. The Fund philosophy is that Emerging Markets are key drivers in the global economy and should be featured alongside Developed Markets to target long-term performance growth.
The Fund dynamically allocates assets to maximise returns at a volatility of 12% and invests primarily in international stock markets.
