Caritas Royalties Fund II (Bermuda) Ltd Announce Change of Manager and Legal Counsel
Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 April, 2009 - The Board of Directors (the "Directors") of Caritas Royalties Fund II (Bermuda) Ltd. (the "Fund") (Ticker: CARROY2.BH) wish to announce that the Directors have in an ongoing effort for the Fund to provide the highest level of services in the most cost effective and efficient manner, decided to change the legal responsibilities from Cox Hallett Wilkinson to Conyers Dill and Pearman with immediate effect.
The Manager to the Fund shall also be changing from Argent Financial Group (Bermuda) Ltd. ("Argent") to Centaur Performance Group (Bermuda) Ltd. ("Centaur"). Please note that this does not in anyway effect the running of the Fund as Centaur has the same ownership as Argent and also the same directors and executive directors as Argent.
