Hamilton, Bermuda - 29 April, 2009 - Fabian Romania Property Fund Limited (the "Fund") (FABROPR.BH) has notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of a change in Directors.

Following the Company's de-listing and cancellation of trading on AIM of its ordinary shares, with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 8 April 2009, the Company has subsequently surrendered it permit issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission under the Collective Investment Fund (Jersey) Law, 1988 and as such the Company has changed its status from an Exper Unclassified Fund to a private fund.
The Name of the Fund was changed to Fabian Romania Limited on 6 August 2007.
