White Mountains Reports Results of Shareholder Vote
HAMILTON, Bermuda - 05 June, 2009 - White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: WTM) Annual General Meeting of Members was held on June 4, 2009. Members approved all proposals submitted to them including the following:
---Election of Class III Directors to a term ending in 2012:
- Howard L. Clark, Jr.
- Robert P. Cochran

- Allan L. Waters
---Election of directors of certain of the Company's subsidiaries
---Appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent registered public accounting firm Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ray Barrette said, "We are gratified with the support our owners have shown us by their vote.
