BSX Announces Listing Of The Global Phoenix Investments Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda: 17 June 2009 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of the Global Phoenix Investments Limited (GLBPHIX GU) for 500,000 Ordinary Shares ("the Shares") at a par value of USD$ 0.10 each.
Global Phoenix Investments Limited is a closed ended investment company incorporated 29 January 2009, and registered in the Island of Guernsey, registration number 49972.
Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Limited sponsored the listing of the Common Shares of the Global Phoenix Investments Limited.
The issue is being introduced to listing at an initial offer price of USD$1000 per share and minimum subscription of 200 shares to Sophisticated Investors.
The investment objective of Global Phoenix Investments Limited is to generate capital gains and dividend income by investing in properties and in small to mid cap stocks and debt in property companies in the US, UK, Asia, Europe and Australia.
