Hamilton, Bermuda - 18 June, 2009 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Directors of RenShares Utilities Limited (the "Company") (Ticker: RENGEN1.BH) wish to advise that on 9 June, 2009, an Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (the "AGM") was held. Two resolutions were put to shareholders: (a) that the life of the Company should be continued, which was passed; and (b) that the Company should be converted to an open-ended company, which was not passed.
